GENERAL CONDITIONS

. Minimum age 20 years old for categories A,A1,B1,C,D,G and 25 years old for categories E,G1,K,L,S.

. A valid driving license, Greek, European Community or International, held for at least one year, is required.

. All traffic fines and expenses incurred during the rental period, are at the renter's
responsibility.

. Credit card. (VISA, MASTER CARD).
Gasoline, unleaded for all types of cars. It is covered by the renter.

. Local taxes 13% (VAT).

. Send the reservation by fax, email or fill in the reservation form in our on line reservations.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

. Third party liability and property damage.

. Collision Damage Waiver is included. The driver has to drive the car according to the traffic Law.   Renter's liability for damage to the rented vehicle can be reduced to 476,00 euro. The renter may waive the above liability by paying 10,00 euro per day, including taxes.

. Personal Accident Insurance, which is available at 3,00 Euro per day, including taxes except of the Minivan which is 4,50 per day, including taxes.

. The damages that are caused by a Renter who drives drunk or under narcotics are not covered by any insurance. Renter has to take care of the rented vehicle and not drive it in abnormal
roads in rallies and for illegal use.

. Fire and theft to the total value of the rented vehicle. Also insurance for the windshield of the car and for any damages caused by terrorism as well.

. Damages to tires, wheels, car inside and underside are not covered by any insurance.

. Delivery and / or collection at any place requested with no extra charge between 08:00-19:30
(within the limits of the city). Between 20:30-08:30 an extra charge of 20,00 euro, including taxes,
is charged as night delivery and / or collection.

. Baby seats, roof racks and snow chains are free of charge upon request.

. Replacement of the car in case of serious damage.
